As a personal assistant I help you coordinate and navigate the many daily details required to manage your household and schedule. I run errands, organize your paperwork, make phone calls, schedule appointments and manage your affairs allowing you to better spend your time on things that are more meaningful.
The role can include general tidying of living spaces, laundry service, watering plants, and other misc. household tasks as needed (ie: putting out trash, loading/unloading dishwasher, etc). Additionally, some clients will need personal shopping (groceries and misc. household items), errands, online shopping or online research. Then there are times that require more service such as a remodel or traveling.
Every client requires different services and time allotments. Here is a list of services I offer as a personal assistant (see “Search Services” page for full list):
- Stock home with food and supplies
- Coordination with vendors and contractors
- Photo archiving, creating files, gift wrapping
- Repair household items and/or bring them to be serviced
- Checklist walkthroughs of the house to identify areas that need attention and delegate or execute tasks accordingly
- Deal with utility service providers like cable, electric, phone whether it requires waiting for them or dealing with contracts and bills and service plans
- Assist with pet care
- Fire and security points, procedures and prevention and minor household disaster remedies
- Manage remodeling and decorating projects
- Personal or online shopping
- Run errands
- Coordination with vendors and contractors
